Once you have set specific goals, it’s easier to determine how much time and money should be invested into each partner. You will also be able to develop an actionable plan that keeps you focused on achieving these goals instead of getting distracted by other opportunities or distractions. Make sure you’re looking at a company with the infrastructure and workforce to support your business needs. If they don’t have the resources, it will be difficult for them to provide the level of service that you need.

Compare prices and packages offered by diverse providers to come up with the best decision. As businesses do not limit their number of clients, they find outsourcing to be the best suitable approach for managing their clients effectively. White label partnership is the latest trend in the market that has helped businesses to reach new heights and increase their customer base. As the experience of companies from very different spheres of activity shows, the White Label model guarantees the same opportunities for large and start-up business projects. To introduce new opportunities, you need to match the intricacies of the affiliate program with the specific business activity. With the right approach, you can achieve increased sales and skyrocket your business’ audience.

Opting for a White Label strategy can be advantageous for businesses whose customers are highly price-sensitive and possess a firmly established brand. This business model has been effectively implemented in a variety of industries, particularly in the food and garment sectors. In order to begin utilizing the White Label model, it is recommended to initially introduce a limited number of products. Due to the lack of branding, vendors are able to market White Label goods in any manner they deem fit. This is particularly common in the food industry, where products may be manufactured at one facility, packaged differently, and sold by retailers under different names.

The fact is that you’ve had a more accessible and cost effective gateway into the FX market at your disposal all along; a path of lesser resistance. What I’m referring to here is the business of an introducing broker or IB. You don’t have to become an artist and paint the next Mona Lisa to make a white label work.

Profitability of White Labeling

As for geographical distribution, private label practices are more prevalent in Western Europe which has the highest private label market share — above 40%, compared to just 19.5% in the US. In both cases, a retailer is the one in full control of advertising strategy and the whole marketing process, from brand image to customer journey path creation and finally, purchase. However, in IT it highly pays off since the software is tested, so it eliminates possible malfunctions, bugs, and other related problems with functioning. Dell is known for manufacturing computers for other companies to rebrand and sell as their own. Dell’s manufacturing capabilities allow these companies to focus on design and branding, while Dell takes care of the manufacturing process.

Unlike in Study 1 with the five-point scale, there wasn’t a clear pattern in scores between the variants. None of the difference in means were statistically significant and the pattern of decreasing scores with more labels wasn’t seen with this seven-point satisfaction scale (Figure 9). Only participants who reported having a smartphone were asked to respond to all satisfaction variations.

  • Whereas a “Full” White Label involves two key components, a branded trading platform and the ability to take deposits directly from customers, a partial solution does not.
  • In addition, keep in mind that as your client base grows, you will start paying more and more, and sooner or later, you will still need to buy your own trading platform.
  • The full White Label model provides trading firms with regulatory registration, a platform, and stable quote systems (such as online quotes for gold, foreign exchange, crude oil, indices, and stocks) and market channels.
  • This time, slightly more, but not statistically more, respondents selected the top-box response when the scale was labeled with the endpoints and neutral point (Figure 10).
  • Imagine, a client approaches you to develop a website for their real estate business.
  • Luckily, white label companies are now offering more and more choices to meet partners’ demands.

The resellers can then repackage these products, put their brand on, and sell them as their own. Similarly, white-label ad tech products mean that one can buy an unbranded platform or other solutions, customize it to their needs, and resell it under their brand name. The razor and blade subscription service ship private-label products with their branding and fulfilment service on top. There are a number of legal and regulatory considerations when white labeling a product or service. White labeling can be profitable for both the manufacturer and the seller. The manufacturer benefits from doing large-scale product runs, which lowers their per-unit cost of making a particular item.

There are multiple ways to refer traders to a broker – from email marketing campaigns, to banner advertising on the IB’s website, to awarding special promotions, etc. Another easy way to pick a reliable, good broker would be to adjust the specifications to your need. For that particular reason, we create the broker finder to help you customize your trading needs and discover the brokers that fit your standard. Study 1: Fully vs. Partially Labeled Five-Point Scale

Therefore, private label products are mainly used by small companies that offer specific physical items, not requiring much complexity in the production process. Some popular industries that the private label model is applied to are the healthcare industry, food and beverage industry, and others with consumable goods. One big advantage of not taking deposits and operating as a partial provider instead is simplicity. Getting the platform branded is something that’s relatively easy to do and can be accomplished in less than two weeks if all your company documents are in order. It is also simpler to allow your customers to deposit their money directly with the licensed brokerage firm that’s providing your platform. In fact, if you go this route, your customers will likely feel more secure because they will know that their accounts and money are with a well known and regulated broker (not a new private label brand).

Introducing Brokerage

You can’t guarantee when your partner will ship out their products, so you can’t be sure when they will arrive at your customers’ homes. This creates a problem for your customers, who may receive their items very late or not. Fundamentally, introducing brokers and white label businesses are quite similar. In both of these models, the broker’s goal is the same – to acquire, convert and retain end-users that will trade on the primary brokers’ platform. It is no secret that in the first two decades of the 21st century, Forex has seen an exponential increase in regulatory laws. Likewise, compliance requirements around the world have reached nose bleeding heights.

The fully labeled condition reduced the number of top-box responses by a net difference of 4.4 percentage points (6.4% increase minus a 2% decrease) (Table 3). These three questions were part of a larger survey, and the three variants were randomly shown at different points in the middle of the survey. Between the three satisfaction questions were other questions regarding attitudes toward website design elements and  other measures of brand attitude, and their intent to recommend products. In September 2019, we asked 202 U.S.-based online panel participants to rate how satisfied they were with their smartphone and respond to three versions of a five-point satisfaction item. Despite some recommendations and “best practice” wisdom, we didn’t find that fully labeled scales were measurably superior to partially labeled scales across the 17 published studies that we read.

They are responsible for accompanying and guiding clients when doing trading activities. Not only that, IBs also accept complaints and questions regarding the trading conditions of the broker. Beginners usually still have limited information about forex trading activities and how to choose the right broker. In this case, many IBs support consultation and expert help to provide the information for traders.

A solid onboarding process will help you streamline the process for both you and your future partners. The playbook of white label branding includes elements like an onboarding checklist, due diligence questionnaire, legal agreements and product training.
